TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Document Submission:
    Customers must provide valid identification and required documents before renting any product. These documents are strictly for verification and security purposes. Rentals will not be processed without them.
  2. Document Hold Policy:
    Documents will be held until all rental charges are fully cleared. In case of outstanding dues, documents will not be returned.
  3. Authorized Collection:
    The individual collecting the rented item must be the one whose documents are submitted.
  4. Product Inspection:
    Customers are responsible for thoroughly checking the item at the time of collection. Any damage or issue after collection will be considered the renter’s responsibility.
  5. Damage & Liability:
    If any item is damaged during the rental period, the customer must compensate for the current market value of the product.
  6. Misuse & Legal Action:
    Any unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent use of rented items will lead to legal action. A police complaint may be filed in such cases.
  7. Rental Payment:
    Full rental charges must be paid in advance at the time of collection.

    If the item is not returned within the agreed rental period, next-day rental charges will automatically apply.
  10. Non-Return & Misconduct:
    Failure to return the item, not responding to communication, or any kind of misbehavior will result in police complaint and possible legal action.
  11. Advance Booking:
  12. Walk-in Policy:
    If no advance is paid, the item may be rented to another customer on a First-Come, First-Serve (FCFS) basis.
  13. Refund & Rescheduling:
    No refunds or date rescheduling will be allowed after booking or once the item has been collected.
  14. Booking & Payment Options:
    You can book by visiting our office with cash or through online payment.
  15. Data Responsibility (for data-enabled items like cameras):
    Customers must back up their data before returning the item. We are not responsible for any lost data. Memory cards will not be returned separately for copying purposes.
  16. Seasonal Pricing:
    For mid-range and professional items, prices may vary based on demand, season, and schedule. Charges may apply on a per-visit, per-schedule, or daily basis.

  18. Return Timing:
    Rented items must be returned within the rental duration (22 hours for basic items), calculated from the time of collection.
